Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do! However, please reach out to us before returning any items. For more details, check our Return Policy or feel free to email us at info@yugencreativestudio.be.

I’m excited about my order. How can I track it?

We’re just as excited for you to receive your order! After placing it, we need 1-3 business days to process. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you tracking information, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for updates and alerts.
Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?

For now, we only ship within the EU.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us immediately at info@yugencreativestudio.be with your order number and the correct address. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.

How do I care for your products?

Our pieces are made with love and care, so they deserve the same treatment. Here's how to keep them looking beautiful:

  • Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or marks. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and water, then dry right away.
  • Water & Moisture: Our pieces are water-resistant, but not waterproof. If they get wet, just dry them off quickly to avoid damage.
  • Heat: They’re heat-resistant. Avoid putting them in the microwave, oven, or dishwasher.
  • Storage: Handle carefully—like any delicate object, they can chip or break if dropped. Keep them out of direct sunlight and use felt pads to protect surfaces from scratches.

With the right care, your piece will continue to shine in your home for years to come.

What materials do you use?

We use water-based resin.

Why do my products look slightly different from the photos or have small bubbles?

Each piece is handmade, which makes it unique! You may notice small variations in color, texture, or a few natural air bubbles—these are not flaws, but part of the charm of owning something crafted by hand. These little imperfections are what make each item one-of-a-kind, and we love that about them!

I would like to order something that is sold out. What are my options?

If an item is sold out, feel free to reach out to us at info@yugencreativestudio.be to inquire about availability. You can also sign up for our newsletter, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.

Do you accept custom orders?

We only accept custom orders for polaroid holders. Feel free to contact us for more details!
